So, I’ve been looking into surgery in Mexico, and I keep seeing people say the clinics feel way more high-end compared to hospitals in the U.S. Like, some of these places look nice. Private rooms, personal nurses, even post-op massages?? Meanwhile, U.S. hospitals feel like a DMV waiting room with fluorescent lighting and a nurse who’s definitely overworked. And somehow, the U.S. charges way more for all of it. I’m trying to figure out if this is actually the norm or just good marketing. Has anyone been to a clinic in Mexico? Is it really that much of a difference?
