Alright, I know I’m making the right choice, but now that my surgery date is getting closer, I’m starting to get nervous. I trust my surgeon, I’ve done my research, but I still can’t shake that little “what if” feelingespecially since I’ll be in a whole different country. For those of you who’ve been through this, how did you mentally prepare? Did you have last-minute doubts? And if so, how did you deal with them? I’d love to hear anything that helped you feel more confident and calm before flying out!
