I’m in Cali so TJ’s closest. Heard like 2 million people go there. Not sure if that’s even true. Also been looking at Mexico City. But people say TJ has more clinics that speak English and easier pickup stuff. Guadalajara might be cheaper and quieter though. Some say it’s better for recovery. No idea which one to pick. Anyone compare all three?
