What makes a TJ surgeon feel safe to me

Been deep in research mode for a while now, and honestly, safety started meaning something different the more I looked. At first I was focused on licenses and CMCPER listings, but that’s just the starting point. What made a bigger difference for me was seeing where they actually operate. If they’re doing surgery in full clinics with real teams and recovery support, that feels way more legit than some solo setup. Clinics like Renueva and Ciplastic kept coming up, and they just looked more stable. I also pay a lot of attention to how they show their work. A polished Instagram doesn’t matter if I can’t find clear, consistent before and afters. I want to see how they talk about healing, how they handle tough questions, and what kind of vibe I get from the staff. If a coordinator skips half my questions or gives copy-paste replies, that’s a no for me. The surgeons I trust most so far weren’t the loudest online. They were the ones who explained things clearly, set realistic expectations, and didn’t try to push extra procedures. For me, that’s what safety looks like — credentials, clean environment, and honest communication.
