I want to see how they talk about healing, how they handle tough questions, and what kind of vibe I get from the staff. If a coordinator skips half my questions or gives copy-paste replies, that’s a no for me. The surgeons I trust most so far weren’t the loudest online. They were the ones who explained things clearly, set realistic expectations, and didn’t try to push extra procedures. For me, that’s what safety looks like — credentials, clean environment, and honest communication.
