I’m in California and planning surgery in Tijuana, but I saw a really negative comment in a Facebook group yesterday. Someone was saying that with all the unrest happening here in Cali, going to Mexico for surgery right now is irresponsible and risky. It honestly caught me off guard. Is there something I’m missing?
