So I’ve been looking into getting a nose job in Tijuana and I came across this surgeon whose results are literally exactly what I want. Not too dramatic, super clean, and the before/afters actually look consistent, which is rare. But the clinic itself looks super tiny? Like not sketchy, just really small. One or two rooms max from what I can tell. No big front desk, no recovery house attached, just kind of private and lowkey. Now I’m spiraling a bit. Do I go with the one whose work I love, even if the setup’s kind of bare? Or pick a bigger clinic with more structure and staff, even if I’m not obsessed with the results?
