Was planning to book 2–3 virtual consults this week, but didn’t expect to be paying $20 or more for each one. I thought maybe one or two would be free, but every clinic I’ve messaged so far has a fee to book the call. It’s not a huge amount, I get that. But it adds up fast and I haven’t even picked a place yet. Is this just normal now? Like you’re supposed to spend more than $80 before even choosing a surgeon? Just trying to figure out what’s worth budgeting for vs what’s sketchy.
