Like I’ve been looking at clinics in Tijuana for over a month now and I feel like the more I research, the more overwhelmed I get. Everyone looks “board-certified,” everyone has “great reviews,” everyone posts the same BBL and nose job pics on Instagram with the same poses and lighting. I know I want to get lipo + maybe some contouring, but every time I find a clinic that looks solid, I stumble on a random Reddit comment or TikTok that’s like “don’t go there they botched my cousin” and I spiral lol. Also… is it just me or do half these before/after photos look… filtered? Or at least super posed? I’m not trying to be paranoid, I just want to know what’s real and what’s marketing. How did y’all actually decide? Was it the consultation vibe? Word of mouth? Or did you just pick one and hope for the best?? 😅
